Arrows – Puzzle Escape does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect or store personal information such as:

• ▶ Password & profile info
• ▶ Payment / credit card information

We do not operate a personal user account system or maintain a user database for the App.

1.2 Game and Usage Information

The App uses Firebase Analytics to help us understand how users interact with the game and to improve performance, features, and overall experience.

• ▶ Gameplay events & levels completed
• ▶ Feature and hint usage statistics
• ▶ Device and app-related technical telemetry
• ▶ Approximate geographic region (country/city level)
• ▶ Crash and diagnostic telemetry

This information is collected in aggregated or pseudonymous form for analytics, troubleshooting, and game improvements.

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay patterns, diagnose bugs, measure feature adoption, and improve Arrows – Puzzle Escape.

Arrows – Puzzle Escape displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob).

Advertising partners may collect or receive advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA), device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad performance telemetry to provide, personalize, and measure ads.

The App is distributed via Google Play and may use Google Play Services for in-app reviews, updates, and platform features. Any authentication or store functionality is handled directly by Google.

Game progress and user preferences are stored strictly on your local device storage:

• ▶ Sound, haptics, and language settings

This information is saved on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing application cache will erase local data.

Arrows – Puzzle Escape does not operate an account registration system. We do not maintain any cloud database of user profiles, emails, passwords, or personal credentials.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

The App integrates trusted third-party SDKs for essential game functions:

Arrows – Puzzle Escape is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data directly, please reach out to us and we will promptly delete it.

We implement standard industry measures to safeguard data. Because we do not run an account database, no personal credentials reside on our servers. Locally saved level progress remains on your device until cleared.

You have direct control over your preferences on your device:

• ▶ Turn off personalized ads in Google Account Settings
• ▶ Toggle sound, haptic feedback, and language anytime in game Settings
• ▶ Delete local game data anytime in Application Settings

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or platform requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always indicate the latest version.
